More Than Something to Unwrap

A gift can be so much more than the item inside the box.

It can be the gift of a smile.

The gift of knowing someone remembered.

The gift of feeling cared for during a difficult season.

The gift of celebrating a moment that deserves to be honored.

And sometimes, it becomes the gift that keeps on giving—because a person who feels cared for is often inspired to extend that same kindness to someone else.

That is the heart behind Heart Hands & Co.

My Story

It began with a smile.

During my breast-cancer journey, I experienced the extraordinary power of thoughtful gifts infused with good vibes, thoughtfulness, and love.

A homemade meal.
A soft blanket.
Encouraging words on a journal, a card, a tumbler and more.

Small (and sometimes grand gestures) that reminded me I was supported and that I was not walking alone. It warmed my heart and put the biggest smile on my face — even to this day.

But receiving gifts, help, and generosity has not always been easy for me.

For one, I never wanted to feel like a charity case. Two, I was accustomed to being the strong one - feeling I GOT IT was a badge of honor. And three, I was the person who helped, encouraged, and cared for others.

However, one of the most meaningful parts of my healing was learning to "let go and let God" and give myself permission to receive the kindness and attention being extended to me.

That experience changed the way I understood gifting.

I began to see that a gift is not merely an object. It is a tangible expression of care. It can lift someone's spirit, help them feel remembered, and sometimes change the direction of their entire day.

Heart Hands & Co. was created from that realization.

Because everyone deserves to feel cared for—and everyone deserves permission to receive it.

This Moment Is For You

Give yourself permission to simply receive.

When someone gives you a thoughtful gift, is your first instinct to say:

"You shouldn't have."

"This is too much."

"You didn't have to do this."

We would like to lovingly interrupt that instinct.

Someone chose this gift because they wanted you to feel cared for.

You do not have to earn the kindness.

You do not have to minimize the gesture.

You do not have to apologize for receiving it.

Take a breath.

Let the moment reach you.

Give yourself permission to simply receive.

Because giving is an act of care—and sometimes, receiving is too.

Gift Collections

Let's Create a Moment

Give the Gift of a Smile.

Whether you're cheering someone on to kick cancer's butt!, spreading good vibes, or simply reminding yourself to pause and receive care, we'd love to help you create an experience that helps someone smile today. Reach out and let's talk who and what you have in mind.

Self-care is not selfish — it is a sacred pause. We invite you to receive as graciously as you give.

Every Detail Tells a Story

An experience for all six senses.

Every Heart Hands & Co. experience is designed to create a complete experience—not simply something beautiful to open, but a moment that can be seen, touched, tasted, heard, felt, and remembered.

Our unique methodology is rooted in both personal experience and scientific studies: the brain remembers experiences that engage the senses, and the heart remembers how those experiences made us feel.

During my own healing journey, I became fascinated by something I had intuitively felt long before I could explain it. I discovered that thoughtful experiences—things we can see, smell, taste, touch, hear, and emotionally feel—don't just create beautiful memories. Research shows they can reduce stress, foster connection, build resilience, and positively influence our emotional well-being while supporting the body's natural healing process. That's when I realized we weren't simply creating gifts. We were intentionally designing experiences that help people feel cared for.

01

Sight

Beautiful presentation that creates a sense of anticipation before the gift is even opened.

02

Smell

Fresh-baked goodness, calming aromas, and familiar scents that invite someone to pause and breathe.

03

Touch

Soft textures, thoughtful wrapping, handwritten details, and packaging that feels as special as the gift inside.

04

Taste

Homemade treats created to be savored, shared, and remembered.

05

Hear

Words of encouragement, meaningful messages, and reminders that speak directly to the heart.

06

Feel

The lasting emotional imprint of knowing someone thought of you, remembered you, and wanted you to feel cared for.

Pay It Forward

Care has a way of continuing.

A thoughtful gift may begin with one giver and one receiver—but it rarely ends there.

Someone receives a loaf and later sends one to a friend.

Someone keeps an encouraging card, rereads it during a difficult season, and eventually writes a note to someone else.

Someone is cared for when they need it most and carries that feeling forward into the way they care for others.

That is the gift that keeps on giving.

One thoughtful gesture.

One meaningful moment.

One kindness passed from heart to hands—and from hands to another heart.

Founder Philosophy

"The smallest gestures often leave the biggest footprints."

I do not believe we are simply giving gifts.

I believe we are giving people tangible reminders that they matter.

Sometimes a thoughtfully wrapped loaf says "I care."

A handwritten card says "You are not alone."

A carefully chosen gift says "I see you."

My hope is that every Heart Hands & Co. experience becomes a ripple of kindness that continues long after the package has been opened.

Because sometimes one little moment can change someone's whole day.
